Shipping
We post within Australia using flat rates based on parcel size. Local pickup in Perth is available at checkout. Orders are usually dispatched within 3 business days.
Returns
If something arrives damaged, email sales@cheshsworld.com within 7 days with a photo and we will sort it out. Because items are handmade to order, we cannot accept change-of-mind returns. Digital downloads cannot be returned.
