Cheshsworld ("we", "us") is a sole-trader business based in Perth, Western Australia. This policy explains what personal information we collect through cheshsworld.com and how we use it.
What we collect
When you place an order we collect your name, email address, delivery address and phone number so we can fulfil and deliver it. Payment details are handled by Stripe and never stored on our servers. When you send a commission request or contact message we keep the details you provide so we can reply.
How we use it
To process orders, send order updates, respond to enquiries and, if you subscribe, send occasional newsletters. We do not sell or share your information with third parties except the services needed to run the store (payments, email delivery, postage).
Your rights
You can ask us to correct or delete your personal information at any time by emailing sales@cheshsworld.com.
